First off, welcome.

Most post-WWII circulating Mexican coinage is common and not worth much (an exception being those denominations containing silver, which do obviously have some inherent value). Pre-1992 issues are not spendable in any practical sense.

Just over 49 million of your particular coin were struck in 1946, that being the last year for this design, which was popularly known as the "Josefita".
