Just a so-called "broken post" die chip that is commonly found on '50s Lincolns. No premium.

It's a Broken Die Post in the number "8" of the date. This is very common, and has no premium.

I agree, and would add that on the rev, it looks like part of the inscription didn't fully strike up. This is commonly attributed to grease in the die which prevents the metal from flowing into all the nooks and crannies. This adds to the character of your coin without really influencing the numismatic value.
