1973 Lincoln Penny. Can It Be A Double Die ?

Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 07/31/2018 11:35 pm I'm going to take a guess that this is what you are in reference to. The area in RED circled of the 7. That is MD, it has reduced the size from the original (YELLOW). GREEN circles...don't know. Is it a shadow perhaps? There is a 1973 DOUBLED DIE () that has a doubled center bar, but nothing on top, so assuming it is just a shadow. BUT... what you may want to do is check here, on the reverse. Is this the same on your coin?
