It's a 1947 Canadian 1 cent coin. Is there something specific you need help with?

You can find the coin in this link. It is one of two varieties of Canada 1 cent coin from 1947, both common in well circulated condition like yours.

FOr the two coins you've asked about, where you already know the country and denomination, references like http://www.NGCcoin.com and http://www.numista.com can be good starting places.

The maple leaf just means it was struck in early 1948, struck when the Mint hadn't yet received new obverse dies omitting IND IMP.
