Could be Colonel Mustard, in the library, with the coin counter / wrapping machine? Or maybe just a contact mark. Thanks, Doug.

Looks more like a vending machine damaged/grease filled die coin strike. Note also MD on the left side of the LIBERTY.

Coin wrapper damage is a bit further towards the center.
