I got this coin from pocket changed today. I look at it and I see some sort of doubling on the reverse (Monticello and ETS in cents). I'm leaning toward die erosion doubling or just MD. What are yours opinions? Thank you very much everyone!

I'm thinking it's Die Deterioration Doubling.

I'm just seeing Machine Doubling. Looks almost like push doubling. But spendable.

If it were a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged. But mostly reduction of the devices appears. The reduction is flat, step like down, not even as a doubled die most of the time is, all the same color (flattened) not showing contour of the devices showing a gradual change of dark to light. Just abrupt color change. Note on a read doubled die the difference:

So it's Machine Doubling. Definitely a weird case of it though.

Thank you very much everyone for the info. Indeed, it was a very nice example of MD. Guess, I'll just keep it in a bin.

I found another post on this forum with a 2017-D DDR I posted my nickel on there that's the same mint and error. Three coins with the same error is not Machine Doubling.
