Please orient your pictures in a right positions and crop the excess background.

Your coin is considered damaged, has spent sometimes in the commercial dryer.

The edge has been worn off, why it isn't a Mint error, happened Post-Mint(strike)Damage ( PMD)

The weight should be a little light it the coins edge was reduced. It reminds me on another one that someone used a circular punch on that reduced the one side (rounding it over) and leaving the other side flat. Just like your coin. I'll have to see if I can find that image?

It reduced the diameter. This OPs coin just has reverse was rim reduced. PSD

Just a damaged coin unfortunately. It's not even worth sending in to be graded, as it's only worth face value.
