Hello CCF,

Is this coin missing clad layers on both the obverse and reverse?

Weight is 5.5 which is a little less than normal weight of 5.67

Thoughts are appreciated.

Just a Environmentally Damaged Quarter. It's Post Strike Damage, not an error coin.

It is were missing a clad layer the devices would be weaker.

Your coin has been outside for a long time. Also note the color on the image above. Note how much darker red the color is. If it were left outside as long as your coin, it would be even greener in color.
