G6, I don't see any ED, and I feel like the hairlines are circulation hairlines that are being exaggerated from the flash. I think it straight grades.
Can you take a pic with different lighting?

Scratches are in different directions on both sides . What does this tell me ? Either scrubbed with harsh substance or one heck of a circulation life . ( Not Cleaned At All ). G-6  |

I'm going on the low end on this one as the word LIBERTY is completely obliterated and give it a G4.
Badly scratched probably due to heavy circulation.

I'll bet in hand it doesn't look this bad. Photo lighting makes hairlines jump out of the photo.
