Interesting clashing going on. Luster cartwheels and there is a scuff on the holder. Thoughts?

That is a beautiful coin with a great clash. I am just not seeing the wear on my little screen so
I am in at MS63.

my first thought was AU55 but its so close to 58 that I think PCGS went with that. Nice coin

PCGS grade is probably MS-63

No less than AU-58, wouldn't be surprised to see a 63.

I'm leaning towards MS64 too. Very nice surfaces around all that clashing.

This one graded MS63 PCGS.

I was able to discern the clashing. The reverse has Liberty's bust clashed at a 180 degree rotation. On the obverse, the reverse's wreath is clashed. You can see the ribbon of the wreath beneat liberty's left arm
