Another cbq. Uncommonly strong stars. Thoughts?

I agree with MS63 because of subdued luster. It looks as if it might have been dipped one time too many or for too long.

The strike is strong and so is the surface preservation. The luster holds the eye appeal down below gem.

The top of the cap shows a break in the surface luster and looks like mild circulation wear. No where else on the coin does it show any wear so they probably gave this an MS holder. I think it was possibly cleaned because of the lack of frost and dull appearance. I am going to say MS details, cleaned.

really nicely struck. the coin has been dipped but still has some original luster. it has everything that would make an MS64 coin other than the dip which to me would affect value not grade. MS64 cleaned
