I think this one is a B-5 (Rarity 3).

Looks like a slider that should grade AU55 or 58 but pieces such as this often end up in MS holders. It is a very well preserved and attractive example that is likely worth low MS money, hence the "market-grade" is probably MS62.

if this one wasn't a little weak in the strike it would be an MS63 coin. MS62
