Not a doubled die, it is MD and worn die issue.

That's Die Deterioration, caused by a worn die. Not a Doubled Die Obverse. I also see damage in the date as well. It's worth face value.

The size. Note how it is reduced? Also it is happening on the edge of the device. Another sign of MD.

The 1 is MD. Note how the 1 was reduced in size. It has to be increased in size for a DD.
