Is this a Struck Through Grease error through the "B" in pluribus? And is the Reeding missing or just worn down. It's completely gone all around the coin but no wear.

It is a slot machine coin, pretty worn down and the reason it has lost it's reeding.
Rest in Peace

It was etheir used in a casino slot machine or used a lot in a vending machine. Either way, it's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It's just a damaged coin. It's worth face value unfortunately.
