Hmmmm, had to think(for a change... ) with this one, thanks Bate! First, note the die flow lines and deterioration above the numbers and same on MM. top of D, is smashed in as MD, now inside and left bar, I really don't know. I think it may just be contact damage, the bar for sure and right portion of inside too. What do you think?

I think that is a damaged post on the MM

You have Machine Doubling, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike in appearance. I think you also have a Broken Die Post in the mint mark as well.

I know it is some type of MD but the hard part is the 2 bar accross almost parallel inside the D and the MD under neat of those bar..nothing about the size reduce cause this MD didn't do that to this coin

Let me put up a straw man here... What about a well-placed hit (in red) and two slight breaks to the post in the die that forms the middle of the letter D (in green)?

All part of MD. The mint mark is turned at an angle on th coin. Thus the parallel lines at an angle.
