1973 Penny Error- Bottom Right Side Of Memorial-Random Letters?

Hello, so I was basically examining my coins and I saw a penny that was from 1973 that had a couple of letters or something on the bottom right side of the memorial. It looks like it's the letters G and F but I have no idea why they would be there or if it's even a mistake.
Anyway, if anyone could help it would mean a ton to me.

The FG are the initials of the designer Frank Gasparro. They appear on most LMC.

Yep. The FG initials were part of the design for those years. It never hurts to ask questions though. You don't have to be sorry, as you're just trying to learn.
