I Think This Is An Egypt 10 Qirsh

I cannot find this anywhere, but.....
It has the same makings of the Egyptian coin from Eyalet / Khedivate period on the obverse. The date (IF) I am correctly trans-scribing it is 1327 (1909). The denomination looks to be 10. the coin is 2.66 grm., 19mm. But I cannot find it.
