Something just don't look right with that one. I'd keep far away unless it was authenticated by a TPGS.

The "D" looks wrongly oriented to me.
Aren't they normally at about a 45° angle clockwise?

Definitly a counterfeit.
This is one of the most counterfeited US coins.
Shows up on the counterfeit forum regularly.
