What you have is called * extra cactus leaf * a die chip over the initials.Back in a day when these were first discovered they sold for $2 to $3 a piece in Unc. condition. Now the interest has faded and not sure if anyone would pay anything above the face value for it, your coin looks circulated( unless it's the pic) so it's ok for a keep sake. P or D mints won't make any difference and there are no rarities to be considered for this type die chip.
Yep. When there was still hype going on about this, it was worth a couple of dollars. (2 to 3 dollars each). They called this the "Extra Cactus Leaf". It's caused by a very well placed Die Chip.
