My concern was more about the authenticity of the coin. There are many counterfeits of the 1920 Soveriegn out there and I have concerns about this one.
But your right, there is enough damage to bring it down to bullion value if genuine.
Looks okay from the photos but they're a little out of focus so it's hard to say. While fake sovereigns abound a 1920P is probably not a tempting target: the 1920M and 1920S would be more profitable.
