purchase 76 coins between errors, DDO ( some nice 1936 and 1941 DDO),pictures later , rpm (28 that I didn't have), struck through , lamination clashes , rotated reverses and clips for a fair price of an average of $8 a piece from same place I purchase my rolls and these are two of them

I see LIBERTY mirrored on the 1993-D. So it was struck through another pre-struck coin.

so , should that be called a double strike plus struck through another pre-struck ?

I believe they were both only struck a single time out of collar with a partial indent from another planchet or coin
