I believe this note to be genuine because of the apparent handwritten signatures and serial numbers, as well as the fact that serial number 56784 doesn't appear listed as counterfeit for this type. Is it genuine? If so, what's the approximate value? I have basically zero experience dealing with Confederate paper money, so any help is appreciated.

I only have one, and it's in a little better shape. On mine the serial number was written in sepia ink and it bled through to the back. I don't know enough to say if yours is real. I paid around $120 for mine.

There are a lot of minor variations with these - your example would seem to be one of the more common types. I see nothing upon which to judge it to be a replica.
