When posing questions about doubling, it's imperative to have clear closeup pix of the devices in question. A short description is always helpful too. There are a few ddos for this date, but are mostly on outer devices and minutely seen

Sorry, the lettering looks more thicker than normal thick 1964 pennies. The L on the liberty is also on the rim. The IN God We trust also looks a bit thicker than normal. And I thought you guys could zoom in on it because my amature eyes can't tell. Wait so is there DDOs?

Just as Crazyb0 mentioned a very close up of the devices is needed to see the doubling.

I don't see a Doubled Die, but Die Deterioration Doubling and Die Deterioration, caused by a worn die. Note how the letters are stretched out and how the die flow line are flowing outwards? That's because the die was in a Late Die State when your coin was struck. So it's a worn die issue. Here's a example of severe Die Deterioration on a 1982 P LMC. My example shows Die Deterioration Doubling on the "2" in "1982".
