Unidentified-Token,-Ukrainian?-Moloko-180-HrYvnia.-25-Kop.

This is uniface, weighs 1.98 grams and has a diameter of 35 mm. It is presumably ukrainian (modern) as it came to a dealer in a batch of Ukrainian military stuff.

It is crude, with a very shallow strike.

The wording is MOΛOKO 180 ΓP. I am assuming this transliterates as Moloko 180 Hr(yvnia),

In the centre it is 25 KOΠ. (25 Kopeks presumably).

Any attribution would be helpful.

This is not actually 180 hryvnias (an improbably large denomination for a token) but 180 grams, and the token is probably of Soviet or (maybe) very early post-Soviet origin. Hryvnias are normally abbreviated as ΓPH.

I found some discussions of the token, but nobody appears to know where exactly it came from, even down to an approximate decade.
That said, it's listed in the Tunkel token catalogue of 1992 (Soviet period #34), so it has to be at least that old.

[EDIT: fixed a very unfortunate typo, and added some clarifications]

Thanks, @january. An ebay listing stated that it was for 180 grams of milk. Is this consistent with Tunkel?

Tunkel - or, at least, the edition of it that I have access to - is a very bare-bones catalogue (as should be expected given how wide-ranging and inclusive it is); if the author isn't sure where the token is from, the listing doesn't say anything except what's visible on the token itself.
In this case, though, "milk 180 gr[ams]" is indeed exactly what the token says, so it doesn't really have to be consistent with anything.

The tricky part is that 180 grams of milk would normally cost a lot less than 25 kopeks between 1961 and 1991, so nobody is quite sure where the price comes from (and the inclusion in an 1992 catalogue means it cannot be from 1993 or later, which limits the options significantly).

Thanks. So, another mystery. At least we know something, just not as much as we want.

I wonder why 180 grams? Was that related to the size of the usual serving size of milk in a restaurant or something? the size of the glass?
