I will take a stab at MS62. NOT fullhead.
Not very good with this series - The strike is looks "smooshy" like the die was eroding it looks like to me.
Examples from San Francisco for this year are usually very well struck I thought

PCGS graded AU-53 - AU-55. Possible details coin because reverse looks almost to shiny compared to Obverse. I'll say not Full Head on this as well.
