Tough call. Looks gem at first, no sure what may be lurking underneath that toning. Is that a long diagonal scratch leading toward the last two stars?

Sure looks like an old scratch...maybe dipped at some point and retoned after years?. maybe under a scope you could see something to take it out of market MS, but, I doubt it

I would say MS64 with a bump to 65 possible for the nice color and strong eye appeal. That appears to be a very high dollar piece.
