I´m not in the US banknotes collectibles, but someone offered me it at US$ 150, and I would like to ask how much it is valuable and if it is a rare one? I know too that photos are not so good but would like to ask your opinion about it. Of course it has some visible stains.

Nice eye appeal, however it will always be a "details" note with the staining.there are lots of these around, and believe there may be only one real rare signature combination, Thompson, if I'm not mistaken...do some more research first

Personally, I would stay away from problem notes, regardless of the price and especially when many nice Black Eagles are always available.

Nothing to get excited about. Stained, hard folds, and that is just what can be seen from the scans.
