If you are referring to the gap in the letter W, that is a damage caused by the coin getting hit and splitting the W.

It is only an error if it happened during minting.
That happened later so it is PMD (Post Mint Damage)

It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). The "W" in "WE" took a well placed hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened. It's not an error.

The "space" in the W is PMD, post mint damage. Not an error.

Think you need to learn first the difference between a true mint error, one of typical machining wear and errors caused after the coin has been stamped. The die chip in the 9 is just typical macine wear, very common on worn dies. Most hold little if any premiums. I suggest reading a lot before you start determining what you have. Start here:

The section on Wastebasket errors says a lot! As for lists, learn an make your own.

This is one of the good websites for you to start with for errors. They even provide a comprehensive checklist of errors that would be worth collecting and/or valuable.
