1968 Double Die Obverse Lincoln Penny?

I know the 1968 has allot of Mechanical Doubling going on but I put a BLUE arrow next to a mark in the date that seems suspicious to me. I could be wrong though I am a couple months into coin collecting so I am not sure what I would be seeing here. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. Report this Post to the Staff
