1996 LMC Raised Parallel Lines On Reverse

There are numerous raised lines. The ones between E. Pluribus and te rim look to me very much like the Memorial steps. The ones to the left of that are farther apart.

On the last photo there is one that is easy to see but two other smaller or partial lines, one to the left and one to the right of the big one.

Looks like a plating issue with a small chance of Feeder Finger Damage.

Just noticed this good photo was missing. Beside the thick line in the middle are two shorter and smaller lines to each side of that line - both the same distance from the big line.
