Is the reeding complete? I believe it's a moderate misaligned die error, not quite bad enough to command a premium. The dies that struck this coin were also at a very late state so it's most likely that any doubling you see is Die Deterioration Doubling

The Reeding is complete except for what looks like a PMD hit. Other than that it's complete

You have a slight Misaligned Die on the obverse, although not enough to bring a premium over face value. Also, the dies that struck your coin were in a Very Late Die State.
