1999-P-Jefferson-Nickel-Double-Mint-Mark

This 1999 P Jefferson nickel with Double Mint Mark was found in pocket change.

That's Die Deterioration Doubling unfortunately on the mint mark, caused by a worn die issue. It's not an RPM. RPM's are no longer possible, since they stopped punching them by hand in 1990 (1989 was the last and final year for Business Strikes. Thank you for the information. Did the hand punch mint mark end in 1990 for all U.S. coins or is this only applicable to the nickel?
