1995-Roosevelt-Dime-With-Possible-Die-Clash-On-Reverse

This 1995 P Roosevelt dime was found in pocket change. There is a faint area on the Reverse that appears to be a die clash. Is this correct?

That mark doesn't match anything on the obverse, so I don't think it's a clash.

It might be a feeder finger gouge.

It is very hard to tell, but I believe it is very, very slightly raised.
