for me this is a challenging one. the surfaces exhibit a slight amount of wear or it could be from a weak strike. it could either be AU58 or MS63. I'm leaning towards MS63 as I'm not seeing any signs of wear on the reverse (talons, wings or neck)

Nice one. I was worried about the scratches on the obverse (in front of the face) but they don't appear to continue across the devices so for now I'll say "original surfaces". I see AU-55 or -58.
I'd call it a Browning-4, rarity R-1.

Probably market graded by PCGS to MS-63. My grade is AU-58.
