Such intense toning makes it super difficult, (I am not even going to attempt the 1850 one you posted.)
I would say this is MS64.

Can't grade this one even with brighter photos. Too hard to tell which scratches are on the holder and what is on the coin.

Yeah the holder is pretty scratched up....and thats with me buffing it with plastic cleaner (product used for plastic convertible top windows to remove scratches)

I am with TBop...something going on with the obverse rims at 1-2 o'clock. Looks like some kind of metal movement.

I'm terrible at grading toned coins so I'm not even going to on this one. my question is there appears to be an X on the cheek that may not be on the holder

just for the heck of it I'm going with somewhere between MS62 and MS65 . watch...its probably AU

@ panzaldi you're in the range haha. And for clarity any markings are on the holder, not on the coin. The cheek is clean as a whistle
