Hey there,

Today I've got a 1923 Peace dollar. I'd love some extra input with grading.

I took the first set outside this AM and took the second on the counter. The indoor images show the luster more clearly like it is in hand.

Thanks!
Cody

With the amount of contact marks AU-55 is the best I'd go.

Could we see larger pics of the eagle's breast area, please, from a slightly different angle.

Waiting for those pics, but I'll say it's around AU-55 or 58.

Sorry for the delayed response all! Which area do we need? And what exactly are we looking for?
Rest in Peace

The eagle's breast, the high point of the strike, looks either worn, or is a really bad strike. I'm at AU-55 and maybe a bit "doctored", by that I mean dry rubbed/buffed, I seem to see some hairlines in front of face.
