Need Help Identifying A Coin. Id: Egypt 5 Milliemes

MontCollector Pillar of the Community United States 2403 Posts	Posted 08/23/2018 2:20 pm We got this with a bunch of other world coins and we are not sure where it is from or what it is. My hunch is it is from Iran, but that is just a guess. Anyways here is the coin in question. Weight: 3.6 grams Diameter: Approximately the size of a US Nickel. Not sure if it is oriented correctly or even if I have the obverse and reversed switched. Any info would be much appreciated.
