there is no reason to resub it. you are not going to get a higher grade and if someone is having an off day it could go the other way due to the soft strike area on the shield

Just very frustrating they didnt center the coin in the slab, its rotated like 75-80 degrees

It was probably straight when it was originally slabbed.

I can't tell how it's oriented in the slab but I know others have tapped a corner repeatedly to get the coin to turn in the slab. Try either your palm or cover a hard surface with a towel and tap. It might turn.
