Hey all,
Is this a Double Die Obverse not seeing anything of this variety on line. The repunched mint mark is crazy.

Not a doubled die. Looks like worn die and split copper plating.

You have Die Deterioration and Split Plate Doubling. Also, Zinc Rot corrosion has set in. http://www.error-ref.com/split-plate-doubling/
