Not quit sure what your asking, all I see is a regular 1983D 10 cent with a bit of damage behind the ear.
Can't make out anything on the third photo.

I agree--we need a little more information about what you think that you are seeing. Thx!

All I see is a normal Dime with damage. What makes you think it's a Double Denomination?

Ok guy I'm gonna upload a photo I just somewhat edited.

The numbers1-3 are referring to the lines from left to right directly above. Look directly above each line. You'll see an "S" "O" and "F"..the "s" is the end of states.."o" and "f" are would make "of" in "United States of America"

@warriorz510, ok thanks for clarifying your question. Those three potential letters are pretty subtle in your pics, but perhaps are more distinct in hand.

I'm inclined to believe that you are experiencing Pareidolia and that these are stains or oddly shaped dings or something like that. However, you could confirm this yourself by taking pics of your dime and a cent at the exact same magnification and then creating an overlay to see if the letters match up exactly. I suspect that the spacing or size will be a little bit off, but if not then we need to start thinking about other ways that this type of damage could be created before we can definitively argue that you have a mint error.

Keep in mind also, that is you are thinking these are doubled dies, somethings to consider:
1. If they are hub doubled, they would not be flat with the fields. They would be raised just like the devices. Clash marks that are the outlines of when two die clash together will trade copies of the outlines from the other die. Again slightly raised or lowered.
2. If just a few letters appear, where are the rest of the letters? it is were a doubled die, all the devices would be moved also. Not just a few digits/devices.

Even doubled strike transfer the full set of devices on both sides of the coin:

1983-D-Dime?-Penny?-Both?-Help?
1983-D-Dime?-Penny?-Both?-Help?

So if the devices were struck on to the coin, where are the missing ones and the same thing would be expected to happen on the reverse.
3. Dropped letters: They are incuse on a coin. Letter was filling on the die and falls out and the strike will make an incuse device, either normal in shape or mirrored.

So seeing something on a coin that looks like something that is not raised on the coin is probably a stain.
