Hello Everyone - I'm new to the forum and Haven't collected in years. My wife just came across this yesterday,looks interesting to me. The pics say it all. The edge varies from very slight ridge detail to no ridge detail.Any input is greatly appreciated!

to CCF. Looks like a 2012-P. I am thinking it is post strike damage. Give it a bit and more members will chime in.

I agree with John1 that it is a 2012P dime.
Looks like someone has ground down the Obverse and Reverse for some reason.
There is no way this could have happened at the mint so it is PMD
(Post Mint Damage) Happened after it left the mint.
