This 1990 P Jefferson nickel appears to have extra die around "In God" on the Obverse. Is this MD or PMD?

I know what that is actually. It's Peripheral Die Damage, and it's a very good example of it! Nice find and congratulations! It's a keeper. http://www.error-ref.com/peripheral-die-damage/

Rest in Peace

Don't think it's PDD as David suggests. It looks more like something shaved and pushed the metal orr the rim offset area onto the field. Note how sharp the edge is and the line that runs within it. Also note the 180 degree rim Cud, some pressure differential there. It could be another form of damage, a collar clash perhaps?

Thanks for the feedback. Is there someone I should send it to for a closer look?
