TheBurnz Pillar of the Community Canada 586 Posts	Posted 08/31/2018 10:44 am I know this year has a bunch of errors, yours also is missing the HP under George's head. I don't this its a die crack or a variety. It may have been the mints attempt on improving a strike and that's what happened. Looking forward to see what others think. JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21633 Posts	Posted 08/31/2018 11:39 am Looks like a Die Crack to me. You can see where it starts between the denticles above the "D" and runs down. Not uncommon during the war years as they used the dies as long as possible. Report this Post to the Staff
