1984 Nickel... Is This Considered An Error?

Hey all. I found this 1984 nickel and to me it appears that the L in Liberty somewhat overlaps the I in Liberty. "In god we trust" also looks super close to the rim but from my understanding that may be due to damage. Let me know!

The die was in a Very Late Die State, when it struck your coin. Just a common worn die issue.
