1995 P Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Collar / Bow Tie?

Something seems strange about Abe's collar and bow tie in this one and does not appear to be scratched. Sometimes while exiting the machine, or during the unrolling into the registers. A bunch stayed together and made a contact mark on this coin that was on the bottom of stack. Just a damaged coin.
