1974 LMC Off Center Plus Doubling On Reverse. DDR Or MD?

I found this a while ago in a box of pennies. It seems to be off center a bit. I wonder if that is what caused the doubling on reverse. I am not sure if it is a DDR or md. I noticed doubling on the un in untied and I see doubling on the A and E in states. Thank you for looking and helping.

That's called a Misaligned Die (MAD). The "doubling" that you're seeing is actually tiny spots, that were unaffected by human skin oil.

I agree with this being MAD. While it is a really nice example, I'm not sure that it is worth a premium as there are no design elements missing. Maybe save in a 2x2 until a better example comes around?
