From the lighting I'd say SP-65 or 66. Cameo, small beads. around $140. But the scratches might take it down to a 63-64 and less money. If it's an MS grade of the same then worth around $7-$11.
PL65 Heavy Cameo $5-$7 Possible strike through where lines are. In all seriousness you are more likely to win a major lottery than find by chance a 1965 specimen nickel.

Thanks so much. I have another 1965..about the same kind of shape. I bought a book of Nickels off a swap and buy. I do have others that are scratch free...I think they are "proof" as obverse is frosted. I have added a closer picture of the lines through and near S.
