I found many 1939 World Fair tokens but haven't found any information on ones with just George Washington bust on the front. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Phil

What does the other side look like.

I am wondering why you think it is a 1939 worlds fair token.

All I am getting from this side is 150th anniversary of GW inauguration.

Edit .. I did find one ...like the one posted, on ebay. Seller is asking $50

Not sure how you are going to establish a rarity or average price on this one.
Maybe a expert will post something.

Hi GR58,

I appreciate your reply and research. I did come across some information on these and they don't seem too rare but I'll hang on to it just in case. It is taking me a long time to get my pictures under 300KB, I will keep practicing so I can upload obverse and reverse of my coins/tokens/medals in question. Thanks again!

Phil
