That looks like a WDDR-054. I just got one from John Wexler.

It can't be that one, Bate's coin is a Denver Mint not a Philly.

It doesn't match any of the known Denver DDRs, I think this doubling is just a lighting/glare issue, not actually on the coin.
Rest in Peace

May just be a well placed hit. The "curve" of the secondary on the original finger is wrong direction, bowing out ?

It would be a tough call on this one. There is a hit on the top of that finger also. I would keep it safe fore now. The images are looking like one thing, but the further back ones show a normal coin. You might try to compare the same area with a normal coin to see if they look like the digits of the hand are the same size or not? Any Machine Doubling on other areas on both sides of the coin?

Can you try to get a pic with no glare? just try to filter out your lighting with the actual color.

That might be the type of deal, where you should the pictures to John Wexler, and see what he thinks.
Errers and Varietys.
