Square rims were pretty normal for business strikes in 1909 and 1910. It was a new master hub and fresh dies. It's a business strike IMO.

Recommend you google 1910 Lincoln Cent proof diagnostics. Lots of pictures and descriptions if you look enough. Without die markers, it's not a proof. The probability of finding an old proof without the markers is rare to impossible.

How is that rims are so important and this rim is not squared at the 6 o'clock

I have found there can be some odd parallax making the rims hard to judge from photos. This is especially true inside slabs - where it's even worse!

The rims are just one part, it must have the die markers.

I picked up this coin at my local dealer, a 1909 with nearly perfectly square rims and matte fields. It's not a proof but does a convincing imitation.

Notice the parallax near the bottom. The rims are just as square there in hand - but they look rounded a bit in the picture. This was shot through an airtite.

Point well taken about the new master hub. I don't think it's a proof either.
